How do I place an order?
Our online shop is open 24x7 at responsivegroupshop.com. You can use it to order new print and promo products as well as re-orders. Additionally, you can order marketing items such as advertisements, flags, banners, etc.

Where do the items come from?
We know that your marketing dollars are important, and we want to help you get the absolute most value for what you spend. This being the case, we have strategic partnerships nation-wide, throughout Canada and the US. This allows us to keep items regionalized; providing our customers with lower shipping costs and faster delivery times.
How do I check my order status?
We know you are excited to receive your items, as you should be, marketing is a critical part of your business. If you have any questions regarding your order, don’t hesitate to email us at info@breezemarketing.ca and we will be happy to provide you with an update.
Additionally, as your order moves through the various processes, you will receive automated notifications from the responsivegroupshop.com website.
Once your order ships, you will be notified of the tracking information.
Please know we make every effort to get items branded and shipped as quickly as possible, without sacrificing the time needed for quality control.
What is a setup charge?
The setup charge is the cost associated with the creation of a dye, plate, screen, or setup required on the machinery used to print your logo on your desired item. It can also apply to the initial art design which is usually customized.
For some items, we've actually waived the charge! If there's no setup charge, you won’t see it on the product detail page.
For most items, a one color, one location print is included in the standard logo setup charge. Additional setup charges may apply for designs that use multiple colors, or if you're printing on multiple locations on one item. There is no logo setup charge for most exact reorders. However, the reorder must be for the exact same product with the exact same imprint.
What if I don't see what I’m looking for on responsivegroupshop.com?
It’s difficult to put every item that we’re able to provide on the website shop, particularly as we always have our eye on what is new and hot out there. The print items on the website are the corporate-approved designs which help provide consistent branding across Responsive Group communities. The promo items on the site are only a sampling of what can be provided. We have access to tens of thousands of items. If there’s something you’re looking for and don’t see it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@breezemarketing.ca and someone will reply back to you within 24 business hours. Just let us know your budget range, audience and approx. how many you are looking for. This enables us to come back to you, with options that fit your budget and marketplace.
How do I pay for my order?
All the orders you place on the responsivegroupshop.com website will go through an approval process. Once your order ships, an invoice will be sent to the appropriate contact for payment via cheque.
